YouTubers + Books = Broke Kelly

If you can’t tell by now, YouTube has recently taken over my life. It is currently my favorite social media platform and I find myself checking it more than Facebook. I subscribe to a bunch of great YouTube channels. My favorites are Grace Helbig, Hannah Hart, Miranda Sings, SuperFruit, and Rhett and Link.

The only bad thing about watching these channels is that about half of the people I subscribe to are writing books. And I feel as though I need to buy all of these books. And I’ll probably end up buying all of these books.

This is exactly what YouTubers are after- my money and my support. I understand that YouTube is each of these people’s jobs and they make money posting web videos. Any other source of income is more than welcome. This is also a great way to build their brand as an individual and an online presence.

I am so glad that YouTubers are getting popular enough to write books and I can’t wait to support them and buy their books. However, I just can’t afford to spend money on seven or eight books right now! But since I am such a huge fan of these people, they sucker me in to buy their books.

Here is a list of YouTuber books that I want to buy:
Hannah Hart
Mamrie Hart
Joey Graceffa
Miranda Sings
Connor Franta
Dan and Phil
Josh Sundquist

YouTuber books I have already bought:
Grace Helbig

So, I have a long way to go, but my birthday is coming up : )
